Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully, as our items are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify.
Made-to-Order Products
All our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse (e.g. wrong size, change of mind, etc.).
We recommend checking our Size Guide and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges – Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We will gladly replace your order or issue a refund if:

Your item arrives damaged, defective, or

You receive the wrong item.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the item showing the issue.

Include your order number and a brief description of the problem.
We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size orders (please refer to the size chart before ordering)

Buyer's remorse

Custom or personalized items
